CHAIR  DUNLEAVY announced  the consideration  of SB  129."An Act                                                               
extending the  termination date  of the  Board of  Certified Real                                                               
Estate  Appraisers;  and providing  for  an  effective date."  He                                                               
noted this was the second hearing.

SENATOR FAIRCLOUGH, Alaska State  Legislature, sponsor of SB 129,                                                               
said the bill extends for four  years the Board of Certified Real                                                               
Estate Appraisers. She offered to answer questions.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR MICCICHE asked the sponsor to discuss the fiscal notes.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR FAIRCLOUGH  explained that  the fiscal note  reflects the                                                               
cost for  public members  to travel for  meetings and  $7,400 for                                                               
services.                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR DUNLEAVY found no public  testimony or questions. He closed

SENATOR  MICCICHE moved  to  report SB  129  from committee  with                                                               
individual recommendations and attached fiscal note.                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
CO-CHAIR DUNLEAVY announced that  without objection, SB 129 moved                                                               
from the Senate Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
